It is agreed that your booking is subject to the following Terms and Conditions stated below
Liability – SR Limousines has no Liability for the loss or any damage. Occasioned by the negligence acts or omissions of any supplier or third party. Still in the circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the value of the travel arrangement (your booking). SR Limousines is not liable for circumstances including but not limited to, Weather Conditions, Road Conditions or Vehicle.
Amendments- SR Limousines reserves the right to charge an Amendment Fee in the relation to any change to your agreed booking, in addition to any other applicable charges in respect of the Amendment. Any Amendments to your booking are subject to availability. SR Limousines will attempt to accommodate the necessary changes, however SR Limousines reserves the right to refuse or cancel the entire booking to which cancellation fee’s will apply. Changes to pick up times are requested to be made with a minimum 2 hours notice.
Cancelation Policy – In the event the you cancel your booking with SR Limousines, SR Limousines reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee
‘No Show’ Policy – For all transfers a full 100% cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a ‘No Show’. Cannot find your driver? Please have your mobile on to receive a SMS txt message from your SR Limousines Driver. If you (Customer/Client) cannot locate the Driver or Vehicle at pre-determined location you must not leave that location before contacting SR Limousines on the following Number – 0412 705 276. SR Limousines will attempt to connect the client with the driver or make alternate arrangements. If the Customer/Client leaves the pick up location without contacting SR Limousines the Customer/Client will be subject to full cancellation fee’s.
Waiting times & Surcharges – Each scheduled pick up include a courtesy waiting period *Subject to Change*. *15 Minutes for regular pick ups and transfers.
*30 Minutes for Weddings and Special events.
Charges that apply for exceeding the Courtesy waiting times- $15 per 15 minutes over the courtesy waiting time as outlined above (one way transfers and regular bookings). $25 per 15 minutes over the courtesy waiting time as outlined above (weddings and special events).
Customer/Client expressively consent to the above amounts being added to the entire cost of the service and agrees to pay all amounts owed, or authorises SR Limousines to charge service fees to a nominated credit card with a receipt to be provided.
Airport arrival waiting time SR Limousines will provide is 20 minutes free waiting time, please contact SR Limousines for further information.

SR Limousines reserves the right to consider all bookings a ‘no show’ after an agreed upon time/or after consult with SR Limousine Management.
Quotes and Rates – Please contact SR Limousines for rates on all vehicles, please note that quotes and rates include GST. SR Limousines reserves the right to pass on without notice any increases that may occur during service *Quotes are valid for 7 Days ONLY* After which rates are subject to lapse. All prices subject to change and are given in AUD.
Bookings that have a commencement time between 11:30PM and 7:30AM are subject to a 20% per hour surcharge.
Specials Price List – For bookings that fall upon Public Holidays and times of peak demand premium rates apply please see staff for rates.
Payment Methods – SR Limousines accepts the following, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and payments via Direct Deposit. (surcharge of 10% applies to credit card charges) any additional charges to the service will be charged to the credit card upon completion of the service/transfer. Details for credit card payments needed are, Card number, expiry date and CCV number. All SR Limousines invoices are due within 7 days. SR Limousines reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings upon any delinquent accounts.
Child Restraints – By law SR Limousines is to provide standard child restraints for children 0-7yrs of age. SR Limousines will provide 1x child seat free of charge with any additional seats incurring a surcharge. The Customer/Client agrees that any/all child seats needed are arranged at the time of the booking.
If a bookings is made without confirmation if a child seat and upon pick up a child seat is required SR Limousines reserves the right to cancel the entire booking and full costs of bookings to be charged to the customer/client. The Driver will attempt to arrange a suitable child seat within a reasonable time frame. In no child seat is available the driver to call the Operations Manager for a possibility of cancelation.
Weddings and Special Events – Upon bookings with SR Limousines, Sr Limousines requires a 30% deposit Non-Refundable deposit on the day of the booking, with the remainder to be paid 7 days prior to the day of service. In addition to any fees or surcharges you will be responsible to the payment of any additional waiting times, extension of hire, or damage to the interior and exterior of the Vehicle(s).
Unforeseen Circumstances – SR Limousines cannot assume responsibility for any/and all unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Including but not limited to, traffic, road and weather conditions, illness of staff or customers/clients or vehicle breakdown etc. should there be a vehicle break down or mishap rendering the reserved vehicle out of action SR Limousines reserves the right to substitute reserved vehicle with a similar vehicle.
Damage to the Vehicle(s) – Passengers/clients are responsible for any/and all damage or soiling caused to the interior and/or exterior of the hired vehicle(s) whilst hired to them, and will be charged accordingly for any cleaning, repairs or detailing required to restore the vehicle(s) to its condition at the time of hiring. The customer/client SR Limousines to add a cost to the final balance of booking for any incident in vehicle(s) caused by the customer/customer group which results on the vehicle requiring cleaning as well as other fees and charges incidental to returning the vehicle to normal operating conditions. Including the cost of any bookings lost due to the customer/customer groups actions.
In such situations the customer will be notified before SR Limousines charges customer credit card. ‘damage includes but not limited to, burned or slashed seat stains, breakages, technical or mechanical failure to equipment inside the vehicle, missing items or any body damage.’
Lost Property – SR Limousines accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or items left in the vehicle(s). SR Limousines will use reasonable means to return all lost property found in vehicle(s) to the customer/clients.
Alcohol, Food and Smoking – Alcohol and Food are not to be consumed in any vehicle without prior approval. If approved payment of a bond maybe required to cover the risk of damage to the vehicle. Your responsibility for any damage is in accordance and agreed with these terms and conditions

Termination of reservation – SR Limousines reserves the right to immediately cancel any reservation without refund if the driver feels that the passenger(s) is/are placing the driver or other passengers in the vehicle(s) in danger. If the passenger(s) is/are in the possession of any illegal material and or substance the service will be cancelled without refund immediately and the authority’s will be notified.
SR Limousines reserves the right to cancel or suspend any booking where the customer/client behaviour is deemed dangerous, unsafe, or in direct refusal of drivers instructions without notice. Full amount will ne charged.
Privacy – Sr Limousines is committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose and information that identifies you or your booking without prior approval.
We reserve the right to use any photographs taken with our vehicles by our driver(s) for our social medias/websites with customer consent.
